Ms. Rivas holds a clinical license for bicultural and multilingual social worker. She has 13 years' experience within non-profits. She has worked in diverse range of settings such as dealing with LGBTQ+ individuals, people suffering from addiction issues and survivors of sexual assault, as well as partners who were abused. Ms. Rivas began serving Erie residents in the year 2019. She is now offering telehealth behavioral health services. Dr. Rivas, who is part of the Behavioral Healthcare Perinatal team that works with prenatal and postpartum mothers, provides trauma-informed therapy for adults and specializes on treatments that are based on trauma. She offers group and individual therapy and the medication-assisted treatment program. Referrals for special care are also provided.
